That depends on the package:

• Classic Bloom Bar includes seasonal favorites like carnations, mums, snapdragons, spray roses, and greenery.

• Signature Bloom Bar features premium blooms like peonies, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangea, and roses, plus upgraded greenery. We coordinate a color palette to suit your event style and season.

Each guest receives a mini bouquet made of 5 stems total — a mix of focal flowers, filler, and greenery. You can choose to upgrade to premium stems or add more stems per guest if desired.

Yes! The Signature Bloom Bar includes full color palette customization. If you choose the Classic package, we’ll work with a seasonal palette but can often accommodate preferences depending on availability.

Yes! All flower bar packages include the signature white cart with 12 buckets, plus setup and takedown. The Cart Experience package is the only one that doesn’t include flowers — perfect for DIYers or florists who want to supply their own.

Our standard packages do not include on-site staffing, but you can add on attendant service for $25/hour if you’d like help guiding guests or refilling buckets.

We recommend booking at 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for Signature Bloom Bars or events during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability. We need at least 2 weeks in advance.

Guests build their own mini bouquets by selecting stems they love — it's interactive, fun, and makes for a beautiful take-home favor. We provide signage and a guided setup that makes the experience easy for everyone.
